How To Book A Trip With Himalayan Walkers?

Once our team confirms and approves your trip request, the next stage involves organizing and customizing your journey to suit your preferences. To secure your booking, it is necessary to make a payment in accordance with the company's specified terms and conditions.

We offer several convenient options for transferring funds to secure your trip booking. These options include bank transfers and online credit card payments. Regardless of the method chosen, accurate and complete information while making the payment is the most important aspect of it.

 

Available Payment Methods:

 

  • To make an online payment, please proceed by following the provided instructions after clicking on the payment option. or,
  • You also have the option to initiate a Bank Transfer. To do so, you go for the option 'Bank Transfer' and fill up all the details and submit. Once you have submitted the details, your trip is booked. To confirm the booking you are required to transfer necessary booking fee (i.e. 20% of total trip cost) to the given bank details. please utilize the following bank information for the same:

In case of online payment, you will soon be notified with booking confirmation details as soon as you have completed the payment process which will be followed by necessary preparation of your upcoming trip including online trip briefing and more.

For a Bank Transfer payment, please send the bank transfer slip, along with your personal information, to either our official email at info@himalayanwalkers.com or suresh.dhakal@himalayanwalkers.com. Once our team verifies the payment, you will receive a booking confirmation, followed by the necessary preparations for your trip, such as online trip briefing and more.

 

Note: Please be aware that you have the option to make a single payment for the entire cost via bank transfer, or you can choose to pay 20% of the trip cost to secure your booking confirmation and settle the remaining amount in cash upon your arrival at your hotel, where our office representative will be available to assist you.
